Shipping and Return Policy:
If you aren’t satisfied with your machine (performance-wise), we offer a 1 month refund period after you receive your PC. Once you send it back, we will refund you within 24 hours of receiving the PC as long as there is no damage or tampering and it still functions 100% properly.
We are not responsible for any damage that may occur in shipping from USPS, we ship it out in secure packaging and fully functional so we expect it to remain that way when arriving. However, if you encounter any problems with your PC when you receive it, we are happy to help walk you through some troubleshooting.
We send videos of the completed build with benchmarks in games you plan to play on the PC to EVERY customer (for the custom PCs), this will give you an idea of what you are getting once it arrives.
Remember, we are a tiny brand with very little capital to work with, it is hard to provide compensation but we will absolutely do our best to work with you!!
